Open Loading Port

Briley loading ports cuts are optimized for easy reloading without affecting longevity of the receiver. The port is lowered to expose enough of the magazine tube for fast quad loads and tapered back to the trigger guard for smooth entry.  The receiver portion in front of the port is beveled to allow the shooters hand to smoothly pass the port after loading. Great care is taken to limit removal of geometry critical for shell feeding and follower retention to maximize life and stability of the receiver. All Briley loading ports are CNC cut and hand polished for an accurate and repeatable finish

PLEASE NOTE: The magazine tube MUST BE INSTALLED in the receiver to open the loading port. The loading port cut extends into the magazine tube and the magazine tube is blended to match the loading port. Benelli M4/M1014s (and clones) MUST have the forearm retaining band installed with the magazine tube to properly align the magazine tube and receiver. If we are replacing an M4/M1014 magazine with the Briley Full Length Benelli M4 Carbon Fiber Magazine we will need the forearm retaining band to install with the new magazine.
